We handle the work from start to finish: inspection, insurance documentation, mitigation, and cleanup. You stay in the loop — and get paid promptly after billing.

We Receive a Service Request

We receive a call or callback request to refer someone who needs our services.

We can respond to your service request within 1 hour.

We either schedule the service or send an emergency dispatch.

Equipment is set up and mitigation starts.

Dehumidifiers and air movers are set up, and we plan the next restoration steps. Jobs usually take 3 to 7 days to finish.

Invoice is Sent

Once the equipment is removed and the job is completed, we email the invoice to the customer.
